Any relationship you enter into with a Contractor is solely between you and that Contractor, and all quotes, contracts, warranties, and services are the responsibility of the Contractor. [6] You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including verifying licenses, insurance, references, and suitability for your project.[7]
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Indemnification
